My mom used these guys and said they did a really good job and offered to come back and do it again if she wasn't happy. Hard to beat that! Mom is pretty demanding so if she liked them they must be OK. They weren't listed on Yelp but had an A+ rating on BBB so I added them.

Despite being assured and reassured that they knew how to handle the fringe on an antique oriental rug, Coit completely ruined both ends. I will have to have the rug restored, which is expensive and means I will be without a living room rug for the holidays. I have had this rug cleaned several times and no company ever did any damage until Coit. NEVER AGAIN!

They DESTROYED my wood floors and refuse to fix or repair. They are bully's and completely unprofessional to women. Beware they do NOT have 100% satisfaction or repair. It's all LIES. Horrible service. Over priced and awful work

I had an appointment scheduled for 8-12. I took off work to be home. At 12:38. I received a call from an unknown number and did not answer it. 15 minutes later I called Coit and said that I was worried because they had not shown up. They told me that because I had not answered my phone 15 minutes prior, they had canceled my appointment. I did not receive any notification or voicemail from them. Very disappointing! I was at home waiting for them. I will never use them again.

It has been awhile since I used them but they did a horrible job and was upset that I was disappointed in their lack of effort. I get my carpets cleaned about ever 6 months because I have grandchildren that are crawling or learning to walk. They blamed me for having dirty carpets.

I was a first time customer and will NEVER use COIT again or recommend this company to anyone. I am appalled at the service and quality of what I paid for. First of all, the guy that Coit sent into my home smelled absolutely awful! I was truly offended by his body odor!! I had to open windows while he was here working, on a very cold day. His body odor lingered in each room of my house. I kept my face mask on, not for pandemic reasons, but because he smelled like a homeless person! Left bigger mess than job to be done The company cleaned the tile floor as requested but splattered dirty water all over the baseboards, under the washer and dryer, in the closets. The technician never even opened the doors to clean up the water from the job. We will NEVER hire COIT again. Dr. Suzette Scheuermann PhD

I reached out to COIT to clean 3 bedrooms, a small sitting room, staircase and upstairs hallway. I decided to add their "guard" and "deodorizer" package for an additional $280 because I wanted the carpets to be as clean as possible. Long story short, I wasted $280. And a total of $653. For what they did, I could've bought my own shampooer and got the same if not BETTER results. My carpets still look the same and smell the same, not that they were very dirty in the first place. Scheduling was the only thing that I could say was up to any standard. The guys came while I was out of town. They left all spots that were in need. They came back but when I asked them if they spot cleaned, they lied with a yes, there was zero possibility that they'd had even tried. And still they left some spots.
