I had my bedroom drapes cleaned by Coit and had an issue with a chemical odor when they were brought back. They eventually rectified the issue along with a full refund! Drapes are perfect. All employees from the technicians to the people I spoke with at their office could not have been nicer. I will continue to use Coit as I have always done in the past. Great company! K Gordon

Needed my Afghanistan Rugs cleaned and conditioned during a move. They picked them up, cleaned them nice and pretty and returned them to my new home. They also sell pads, we are going to contact them to buy from COIT

The quote was free. I especially liked that COIT is locally owned & doesn't use contractors. My carpet & old area rugs came out bright & new looking. Near my vents was kinda collecting dust & so we had the air ducts cleaned. It's hard to explain but our house smelled ... fresh? It didn't smell before but it just smelled clean. All the work was guaranteed & I appreciated how professional and comfortable I felt having them in our home. Will definitely use again.

We have been wanting to get the carpets cleaned in our house. I noticed on Coit's webpage that they were offering 40% off this month. So I filled out the online request for same day quote & service. Shortly after submitting my request I received a call from Coit confirming my appointment. They called a second time two days before my scheduled appointment as a confirmation reminder. I am in no way a clean freak or even the best house keeper. We live in our home and have two pets and a four year old boy! That being said my obsession with Coit started when my favorite chair received 6 months of punishment from my new born baby. We had all our furniture cleaned and they were like brand new again! When we put carpet in our new home instead of hardwood I started getting it cleaned every six months! I am extremely pleased with the carpet cleaning that Jeremiah and Ricky did. They were professional, friendly and efficient. I would recommend Coit to anyone. Hello Coit...remember me? I somehow drank too many glasses of red wine that ended up on my carpet and not in my belly! It's that time of year to come and clean my carpets again...Poised, professional and an attentive staff made this a seamless process! They were running a special and for $89 - I am back to new! Now, what bottle should I open next? Oh yeah, it's only 2:30pm!
