I had COIT clean my drapes. $230.00 with 40% discount. One pair of drapes. When they hung them up they are now 3" shorter and the lining is longer than the drapes The very nice technician told me the estimate guy should have told me that could happen. They've been cleaned by COIT before and no problem . Sad

I recently bought a new house with pets and out of due diligence had HVAC, vents and floors cleaned 1. the dryer vent was a disaster- dryer stopped working, called them and per the technician, the previous technician "thought" he reached the end and instead of cleaning, ended up packing the vent. Thank Goodness there was no fire- NO APOLOGY from the company- pitiful- I will reporting this to the BBB for sure. 2. HVAC- do over since he " missed" 3. While I had to haggle and argue in order to get reimbursed for then marble table Coit broke in our home, the owner once notified of the issue, made it right with us and paid for the manufacturers replacement. I wish I had dealt with the owner from the start. I can't say the same for the management he has working this branch..

We were charged $140 for a $65 job, according to the paperwork provided. When we asked about it, they said they have a minimum charge of $140. The least they could have done was offer to clean other rooms! We will not be using them again.

I had a patterned area rug cleaned and now the small discreet spots are large discolored areas. Went from a cream background to a darker tan color. I pointed this out the first time they brought it back to me and they took it in for a recleaning. Another week of cleaning it and now I have tan areas and yellow areas. Very poor quality. I was extremely disappointed in the "legendary" customer service at Coit. We were able to quickly get a quote after calling, however, it went downhill from there. They were supposed to come between 830 & 900 the next Thursday. I called at 930 that day and was told that our appointment was accidentally deleted but they could come out on Saturday and offered a small discount for the inconvenience. We have had our area rug cleaned twice by Coit and each time have been disappointed. When you roll a rug up that isn't dry it forms waves at the ends and it will not lay flat. Each time we had to return the rug and demand they fix it by getting it wet and allowing to dry all the way. Mike was the technician and a very rude and belittling man. I need to update my review for Coit. Mainly due to an employee by the name of Brian Smith. He called my mother in law and he is the only employee who actually heard her. He did what the other employees said Coit never does and my in laws are satisfied with the agreement. While we won't use Coit's services again, it is nice to know that they have a fine employee like Mr. Smith who really listens to people and solves problems. Thank you Brian.

I used COIT to clean one bedroom, small chair and couch. they charged $667.00. they did not clean all the spots in the carpet, scratch the wood floor and let the residue on the wood flooring, end table and coffee table. I went to the office and showed pictures. I got no response on repairing the wood floor or cleaning the residue. Also, there were stains left in the carpet in the bedroom. they stated that they could not keep out.
