I called Coit about a month ago. They came out and cleaned my dryer vent. Our dryer vent is 25 feet off the ground, so they sent 2 workers out to clean it (one to hold the ladder and one to climb it). Great service, no problems. However, last week, the dryer vent got clogged again. I called Coit. Customer service said they would come out at no charge and clean it again.
