I have used COIT several times and have been pleased. Today I called to get them to just clean our carpet in a short hallway and 1 bedroom because we switched to hardwood flooring. The lady I spoke with just kept saying that's $180. I understand we don't have as much carpet but was willing to have our furniture cleaned and all she said over and over it was $180. Sorry you are losing a recurring customer and will never refer you again. Your techs are great and carpet looks amazing but your customer service needs improvement.

I used COIT to clean my couch a while back, probably at least a year or more. They did a good job cleaning but since then they call me ALL THE TIME trying to set up another appointment. I've asked multiple times for them to stop calling, which stops them for a short period but then it starts all over again. For this reason I would not use them again. If you are lonely and looking for someone to call you often, highly recommend.

Too bad they don't have 0 stars because that's what they would be getting! First of all, the man that came to do the job was one of those who first thing out of his mouth is a complaint, the attic too small, there was dog hair in the vents blah, blah, blah. He left and I did not feel good about what he did, was there complaining about everything and I hardly saw him to anything but connecting the big suction machine to one of the vents in the dining room. I used this company about 3 years ago at my house. It was terrific Then !! Fast forward 3 years ... my house has flooded and I am at an apartment that needs carpets cleaned really badly!!! I call Coit, make an appointment for a Quote and to have the work done today.... I've waited all day and finally they come... and tell me they can't do the work today. They Said no one told them they needed a portable unit!!! Seriously??? They come to a high rise and don't know a portable unit is needed!?????? Needless to say, I'm so angr... read more

Made an appt with Coit rep to come out a week ago, which the appt was setup for the morning and I took a day off for that appt. The day of the appt, It was noon and no-one had contacted me, so I called and the rep and they said I was on the schedule and someone will be there. So basically no-one showed up.. it's been 5 days after that appt still no call nor email.. I had to call Bricks Restoration to do the work..

I should have read the reviews before sending out a couple of area rugs to be treated by COIT. I had used COIT in the past to clean custom comforters and shams, but moved away from them as the quality of service had declined from when I first made use of their services close to 25 years ago. I had already decided I would not send the oriental area rugs to them, but I was in a rush to clean two inexpensive rugs so I figured how bad could they be? Bad. This is my FOURTH attempt now to get Coit out to clean my air ducts! They have made promises they can't fulfill and promise a guarantee of satisfaction that they can't fulfill considering they keep cancelling my appts. They have also made me initial they do not guarantee any services yet in email and in person guarantee satisfaction. They don't bring he equipment they need to properly do the job either. It is very disappointing and frustrating.

I have used Coit for the past 8 years for cleaning upholstery, carpet and drapes. This company has really lowered their standards and has been a great disappointment this year. I had my carpet cleaned earlier this year and I requested the technician to a specific area in my living room because of the noticeable streaks of dirty carpet with the cleaned carpet. Coit came out to clean my floors(tile) and my shower. For the most part the floors look okay. The grout in the master bath didn't look clean, but the gut said it was just still wet and would look better dry, but dry it's clear it isn't clean. He couldn't do the shore because he didn't have everything he needed, but gave me the estimate (around $350) and someone was supposed to be out Saturday. We were there and no one showed.
