I have used Coit for the past 8 years for cleaning upholstery, carpet and drapes. This company has really lowered their standards and has been a great disappointment this year. I had my carpet cleaned earlier this year and I requested the technician to a specific area in my living room because of the noticeable streaks of dirty carpet with the cleaned carpet. Coit came out to clean my floors(tile) and my shower. For the most part the floors look okay. The grout in the master bath didn't look clean, but the gut said it was just still wet and would look better dry, but dry it's clear it isn't clean. He couldn't do the shore because he didn't have everything he needed, but gave me the estimate (around $350) and someone was supposed to be out Saturday. We were there and no one showed. "40% price" for 4 upholstered chairs in my parent's old folks home was over $400.00. Very disappointing and not my previous experience with Coit. Call to supervisor not returned.

Coit HOUSTON was such a nightmare to deal with from start to finish. Unfortunately my time constraint forced me to go with this company. When I called to make an appointment the rep told me the only night a week they worked later was Wednesday, I don't get home from work until 5 and the wait for a Saturday appointment was a month out so I was happy to wait the weeks and a half for a Wednesday appointment. Dishonest company. First they want you to set up an appointment for a free estimate and try to sell you on a 40% discount for all of their services, but as soon as they come to your home they give you a sorry excuse about you not having enough air vents to qualify for the 40% discount. Instead, they offered to throw in a free ($75 value) sanitizer with clean. Meanwhile, the estimate comes out to be over $500. Hired this location to steam clean 2 bedrooms, hallway and stairway. Was quoted one price on the phone which included stain remover. Another price was given by the technicians. Carpet was dirty with numerous stains, stain are still there and looks like they just smeared dirty water back onto carpet cause carpet is crusty. Not impressed. I could have done a better job myself.

I recently had our living room area rug cleaned and they take it with them. On Friday, my husband was home when they returned the rug. They returned the wrong rug. I completely understand that mistakes happen. I called and left a message with the delivery guy. He indicated that he would contact the office. No response. They wasted my whole day.They expect you to wait for them from 7am to 6pm for an estimate. This is not the way you treat clients. I chose to go with a different company Modern stone to restore my slate floors.
