Absolutely wonderful!!!! Philip helped us find excatly what we were looking for in our price range. I was working on a short time frame to find a home and he was very flexible with his schedule. Hands down the best! I loved that when I called or texted he would get back in touch quickly. Any questions I had he knew the answer or got me in touch with some that did. He definitely makes you feel like family. I would recommend Philip to all my family and friends.

What can I say about Mrs. Warren or better yet Tina? My wife and I didn’t know Mrs. Warren only heard that she was a real estate agent. The best realtor on the coast! She is always checking mls for those that want to act fast. We were with Tina close to a year, we finally got our perfect home. Mrs Melton is basically the reason I own the home that I'm living in now. We searched for some homes and I settled on a short sale home. From the get go, she explained that the process could take a long time. The process started in Jul. We didn't get approval from the sellers bank until the end of Sept.
