My wife and I thought that relocating from our home in Texas to the Mississippi Gulf Coast would prove to be difficult, that is, until we met Merry. She really took the time to listen to our needs and concerns. She was able to narrow down our search to 4 houses. Of these 4, we found the home of our dreams. Karen was enthusiastic about the RE market currently and my house specifically at the time of the listing. She and I were both disappointed when the property did not sell initially. As time went on, she did what she thought was nessary to market the property, including advising me about the importance of lowering the price. In all I found Karen knowledgeable about real estate laws and procedures, even though our mutual goal was not met.
