My experience with Joe was awesome. He answered calls on time. He negotiated fiercely with the other agent. He kept me informed about inspections and personally met with all of the inspectors. This was a long distance sale so I could not have done this without him doing that. Have you ever had an agent who offered to help you move items? He did. I highly recommend Joe. He'll work hard for you!

We recently purchased our first home and Joe Edenfield was our agent. My husband was deployed majority of the process and Joe did everything in his power to make things go smoothly with the purchase of our home.. If he didn't know an answer he was researching until he found it. He definitely took a lot of the stress and burden away that comes with buying a home. I am in the military and move around alot! So i have had the experience of dealing with realtors quit a bit. Joe is the best that i have ever dealt with. He is one of the hardest working guys i have met besides myself. The first time we came into town to look at houses it was pouring down rain all day. Joe showed us house after house with a smile on his face and a very positive attitude. That said volumes to me.
