What can I say about Mrs. Warren or better yet Tina? My wife and I didn’t know Mrs. Warren only heard that she was a real estate agent. I never knew it took so much to be an agent or better yet a great one at that. The best realtor on the coast! She is always checking mls for those that want to act fast. We were with Tina close to a year, we finally got our perfect home. She is friendly, diligent, extroverted, willing to go that extra mile. She builds a trusting relationship, and she is excellent at was she does. 6 out if 5 stars for us!

We bought a house very long distance - while on a cruise - and Tina Warren guided us at every step along the way. Ms.Warren answered every question we had about moving to a new location that we had very little knowledge of. It is now just under a year since we purchased our home and we couldn't be more happy, as everything that Tina told us was true and accurate. While my husband and I were looking for a home to purchase we had three different agents that did not work. Tina really took her time to help us find the perfect home for our family. She was always available when I called, text, or emailed. Even after closing she has gone over and beyond to make sure we are still happy with our decision and to see if there is anything else she can help us with. Mrs Melton is basically the reason I own the home that I'm living in now. We searched for some homes and I settled on a short sale home. From the get go, she explained that the process could take a long time. The process started in Jul. We didn't get approval from the sellers bank until the end of Sept. My lender was perfect until the VA's appraisal came back with a lower rating than was acceptable to them. The seller's bank gave a very short time to get the loan closed.
