Jennifer Russell was our agent. She handled our affairs exactly as we wanted, although our circumstances were very unusual. We put our home on the market when we decided to move permanently to Costa Rica. Then our move got complicated and more uncertain due to Covid. Jennifer had to deal with clients who had changing plans, who could not be reached by mail (though we have great email) or phone, and the aftermath of hurricane damage on top of it all. Jennifer kept her cool and did much more for us than was required.
My agent was very professional, and handled the sale efficiently. It was an involved and time-consuming process, which did not proceed smoothly. She was patient with me.
Mr. Brent Allison is a great agent to work with, very knowledgeable and professional. He is not pushy and very honest, takes his time to show the house and explain everything. I would highly recommend.
Erin was an amazing realtor from beginning to the end of the process. She guided us through the whole way and was always available when we needed her. She is honest, professional and so much fun to work with. You definitely will not be disappointed! I feel like we not only met a great realtor, but a friend!

Extremely knowledgeable. Very familiar with the community and all regulations and requirements. His willingness to assist with matters unrelated to the actual buying/selling process was very helpful.
