We first put our property on the market in 2005. We encountered several issues. Our Realtor, Carol Shippey, carefully guided us through the issues and provided local contacts where necessary. She also found information that allowed a serious issue to be resolved. When we decided to put the property back on the market in 2021, it was quickly sold and closed. I highly recommend Carol and Coldwell Banker Alfonso Realty. If I had the need, I would definitely use their services again.

Teresa was energetic, was always upbeat, , helpful to the point of driving the paper work 1 hour each Direction to get it signed. Planned ahead to make it all work out. Was tireless to get it done. Was one of the best experiences with real estate that I have had. She will be my agent again someday.
