Philip is the best agent by far I have ever worked with. He gave me pointers and advice on how to prepare my home for the sale, among many other things. Just my advice... All real estate agents get the same commission. So doesn’t it make sense to get the best agent for your money? Get Philip! If you don’t get an agent that cares it will make this process hell. Trust me.
Phillip went way beyond the normal service in helping me and my wife find the right beach view lot in Long Beach MS. I would use his services again in a heartbeat .He always answered the phone , responded to text or emails when we had questions on a property. I give him 5 stars

I can not say enough wonderful things about Erin Fowler. She was a pleasure to work with throughout the whole process.
