Terrie does it again! Helped us sell and buy yet another house. She and her lovely assistant helped to mange kids while we looked at houses and had showings at the other. Terrie goes above and beyond. We felt she had our best interest in mind.

I was very impressed with the knowledge, professionalism, and responsiveness of Coldwell Banker Alfonso Realty. Amber Thomas was our buyer’s agent and she knocked it out of the park. I’ll likely be looking for investment property in the next year or so and Amber will be my first call.
Terrie recently assisted our family in selling our waterfront home. She was able to secure multiple offers for our property and sold it in less than 90 days. This transaction was a bit more complicated than others since it was a relocation and the sale was completed in the midst of the pandemic. I highly recommend Terrie. I’m not typically one to write reviews but did so due to the high level of service that we received from Terrie.

We were very specific and detailed in our minds about what we wanted - in our heart of hearts we wanted a large vintage home on over 5 acres with a pool, barn, pond, garden, greenhouse, chicken coop, hardwood floors, claw foot tub, gourmet kitchen, in a darling town.
