Wendy was very helpful when I was looking for my first home. On many occasions she went above and beyond the call of duty. When I was freaking out trying to figure out what was going on she calmed my nerves and told me everything’s going to be ok. Terrie was extremely professional in her dealings with us. We had contacted her before putting our house on the market and she was very helpful in telling us what we needed to do to get ready to sell. She always returned our phone calls promptly and answered our many questions. We feel she priced our house very well and was able to sell it within two days of it being listed. Since we moved to Mississippi we've worked with Phil on 1 purchase and 2 sales. On the purchase it was our first time and to say my wife is picky is kind of an understatement.. She went through 3 other realtors and even she loved Phil! I can't say enough wonderful things about Jaymie. She held our hand the whole way! She knows the area and got to know us so that she could help us determine what would be our best fit. It was almost sad to close because we wouldn't see her as much! She's amazing and I can't thank her enough.

Mr. LeBlanc is an awesome realtor, he will negotiate you the best deal possible whether buyer or seller. I believe in my heart if he makes little money he is OK because he wants you the buyer and the seller to be happy. He negotiates all terms and leaves nothing out.
