Karen really helped us out of difficult situation. Our tenant left our home a mess requiring thousands in repairs. She not only arranged for the house to repaired, kept it safe in the middle of winter and bent over backwards to get it sold for us. I would not have believed selling a house could be as stress-free as it was having Joe Edenfield listing it. Previously, I had my home listed with a Broker for 90 days with 2 views in that time period. Out of frustration, I spoke with Joe and requested for him to list our home.
