Philip was extremely helpful. He always took into consideration my budget. If a house was in a less than desirable neighborhood or was in a flood zone he would let me know before I wasted my time going to look at it. When I needed to see a house again to help me make a decision he was more than happy to take me back to look at it again. He was always on time. If life got in the way he told me he would be a little late. If he had to go out of town he would let me know, but he was always accessible by text message.
Karen really helped us out of difficult situation. Our tenant left our home a mess requiring thousands in repairs. She not only arranged for the house to repaired, kept it safe in the middle of winter and bent over backwards to get it sold for us. We would highly recommend her to anyone who needs a great realtor in the Gulfport area.

Philip was amazing through the whole process of selling my grandmother's home. I would not have believed selling a house could be as stress-free as it was having Joe Edenfield listing it. Previously, I had my home listed with a Broker for 90 days with 2 views in that time period. Out of frustration, I spoke with Joe and requested for him to list our home.
