I have worked with Philip on selling my investment townhome in Gulfport. My propery was quite unique, and the lack of comps made the sale quite challenging. Philip worked very diligently with every single buyer and supported every aspect of the process very professionally. Donna stuck with us for about 3 years. We looked for about a year, got tired of not finding what we wanted, and then began our search again. We found the house because Donna reached out to fellow realtors in hopes of finding us the home that met all of our requirements. She did! The house wasn't even listed.
