Philip was very helpful. He sold our house in a fairly short time. We lived out of state and once we gave our home to Philip to sell we only came back for the act of sale. He handled everything else for us. He also helped us with the electronic paperwork. We would highly recommend Philip to someone wanting to sell their home.

Terrie Price was absolutely amazing. Not only did she take time on her weekend to drive my wife and I are interested ocean springs, but she was quick to share all of her knowledge about the local area (which was extensive!). I would recommend Terrie to anyone. She fought for us at the time of closing and proved to be very flexible with our schedule. In between my wife and I getting married, leaving the country, and graduating from school, Terrie managed to find us the perfect home at a price below our budget. She is amazing!
