Experience always gets the job done and for us, it was a condo sale. Leslie worked hard keeping our unit in the forefront of media and other realtors minds. We live far from the local area but Leslie kept us informed of progress and efforts as well as answering all our calls and questions. We simply could not have sold our condo with out her. Tammy made this whole experience effortless on our part. Everything we needed, she was on it right away from the start. Great personality and well liked by everyone who knows her. She invited us to events at her office while we we're in town riding around with her looking for homes. This woman is a God sent! We are first time home buyers and she walked us through everything. Day or night, she always was there when I called with any questions or concerns. We definitely made it hard for her, changing our mind a few times, but she stuck with us and whatever we wanted, she made it happen. Not very many realtors will walk the street with you IN POURING DOWN RAIN because I wanted to get a feel of the neighborhood. I recommend her 100x over.

I had tried to sell a home on my own for several months, finally listed with Joe on a recommendation from a neighbor. Joe had pro pictures of property and home taken, listed it on every publication known to God and man, sold the house in 4 days at a price I was very satisfied with.
