I found out about Donna through Zillow and she has been the best realtor I have ever worked with. She knows the Gulf area very well, is very personable and is devoted to her clients' needs. She is a great negotiator as well. My husband and I wanted to go in at one price and she suggested another saving us around $10K! I like to think that I notice details and she pointed some out to me; very slight details like the cabinets being slightly off level which could point to foundation problems! I would highly recommend Philip for Real Estate services in the Gulfport area. Philip helped my elderly parents market and sell there home so we could relocate them to the West Coast to be closer to my sisters. In my opinion, I could not have had a better realtor than Philip LeBlanc. I highly recommend him! I did not know Philip before I listed my house for sale, but he quickly became a very trustworthy and reliable friend. Due to a change in jobs, I moved out of state, and Philip became my realtor. Leslie is a great realtor. We were new to the area and she worked constantly to give us lots of different options in various neighborhoods until we found one we liked. She took everything we wanted into account when it came to looking for homes. She put a family touch on the whole process.
