Joe is a very straight forward helpful honest realtor. I'm a first time home buyer and Joe was by my side through the whole process. He stays on top of everything in a timely manner. He's always there to answer any questions and made sure I was taken care of when he was even on vacation with his family, not many people will work on their personal time but Joe does and makes sure his clients are 100% satisfied. I recommend Joe and couldn't ask for a better realtor to have purchased my home from.

I am a Real Estate investor along the Gulf Coast. I was in the market for a fixer upper in the downtown area. These are always hard to find. I told Summer what I was looking for and what I wanted to spend. She called me up 3 days later and had the perfect house! I moved back to my hometown of Vancleave after 5 years and was in the market for a home. Summer was recommended as she grew up in the area. I gave her my budget and she found a home that best suited me and my family...which consist of 4 horses, 2 pigs, 13 chickens, 2 dogs, 3 cats and 45 cows! We are so happy being home. I live out of state and was concerned about trying to sell my rental home without being there but Joe made things go very smooth. From the very first phone conversation I felt like I've been dealing with him for years. He definitely went the extra mile, we had an acceptable offer before the house was even listed.
