I had the best experience with Cole Bone In the beginning of my loan process Cole had to talk to me about 99% qualify for a loan and 1% don’t. I may have been in the 1% range. But Cole worked hard for me to get my loan approved. He always had my back and went above and beyond to make my loan happen.
