I had the best experience with Cole Bone In the beginning of my loan process Cole had to talk to me about 99% qualify for a loan and 1% don’t. I may have been in the 1% range. But Cole worked hard for me to get my loan approved. He always had my back and went above and beyond to make my loan happen. He was always there for me in the rough times and made sure I was understanding what was going on at all times during the process of my loan. He also took the time to make sure that I was at ease with all the paperwork that needed to signed. when speaking to Cole, I express that I was looking for someone that would give me feedback from the beginning of this loan to the end which he assured me he would. Best customer service I’ve ever had! From my first conversation with Cole to the last he made this whole experience extremely easy.
