Cole Bone and his team made my refinance with cash out so easy, Cole was patient with this 78 year old and answered every question; explaining things in my terms if I didn't understand. Cole made very understandable each step of the loan process Cole answered all our questions thoroughly and very knowageable about the whole propcess. His response to our questions was very easy to understand . If better options were available, he suggested and explained why it might be a better choice to do. He was very confident his suggestions would be the best choice , but always left the final decision to Laurie and I.
