Cole was great to work with My wife and I really enjoyed the ease of the whole process. Everything was convenient and allowed for personal freedom at our own time frame.

started out good but... Cole was very pleasant to work with and listened to what we wanted to do but when it came time to review the refinancing proposal and the closing costs were over 9k, I got some attitude from him asking what changed since we started this process. Going this route was only saving us about $300 per month and we said this was only until we sell the house in around 18 months. The math did not add up altho per Cole it did. Cole is great Our loan was for credit consolidation. Cole was prompt and reactive for us through every step. It took longer than we wanted it to but this is not on Cole. He kept us up to date throughout the process.
