Verified Renter So far, everything has been good. One of the rental agents has been rude and snappy. They had a termite inspector come in and sent the notification email at 9:18am and the inspection timeframe started at 9am. Without 24 hours notice it is against the lease but whatever it worked out for me. Once the inspector came the rude rental agent was accompanying and started looking around my apartment and making rude comments about my interior color choice and how we had cardboard boxes (we moved in not even two weeks ... read more

Verified Renter The community amenities are great! All The staff are absolutely wonderful! Been here since December 2022 and have not yet had a problem with anything or anyone. Although there’s many officers there i do wish the doors did have a bit more locks/safety on them but i still feel safe in the community! I absolutely love that the office staff host community events to get the community to connect more or if you are new to meet people!

Verified Renter Peaceful neighborhood. No one lingering around late at night. I know parking is first come, first served, but dislike having to park far away when getting home late at night.

Verified Renter This place is beautiful and everyone is so nice. We are very happy to be living here. The office staff is amazing and always goes above and beyond to help and the maintenance men are always making sure everything is takin care of and you are comfortable in your home. The neighbors are very kind and respectful of others.
