Verified Renter Peaceful neighborhood. No one lingering around late at night. I know parking is first come, first served, but dislike having to park far away when getting home late at night.

Verified Renter This place is beautiful and everyone is so nice. We are very happy to be living here. The office staff is amazing and always goes above and beyond to help and the maintenance men are always making sure everything is takin care of and you are comfortable in your home. The neighbors are very kind and respectful of others.

Verified Renter Love living here! Conveniently located near the heart of Leland and close to downtown Wilmington. Clean and for the most part quiet. Parking can be a bit of an issue sometimes though.

Verified Renter Moved in at the beginning of this year and would definitely recommend. I love how any issues are handled in a timely manner. The staff also keeps all amenities clean especially the residential areas. I hardly ever have any complaints. It's a nice area with minimal noise and super nice neighbors.
