Good Staff, terrible parking Office and maintenance staff are nice. We're reasonable with dealing with issues moving in and maintenance is fast. Parking is very limited for half of the units. All spots near my unit were full as usual and parked in a nearby visitor spot. By next morning car had a boot on it and was forced to pay $160 to remove. Called office and was told they could do nothing and advised parking near other buildings despite lots often being full except for several buildings away.

Out of all the parking spaces on the property, only 35 of them are marked visitor spaces, excluding the office parking lot. Unfortunately, the office staff does not have the power over fees accrued through LMS Parking. Great place to call home! Living at Comet Westgate is great. The grounds are maintained perfectly. The staff is on top of any problems that come about. The amenities at so many that in conversation with friends they are astonished. They staff provide fun events at least once a month. They rent is affordable. Keep up the great work Comet Westgate staff!
