Verified Renter Any maintenance, I request, for my apartment, is always responded to quickly, & taken care of very well! The outer common areas are maintained, very nicely, on a regular basis. Flowers & trees are beautiful & thriving.

Verified Renter Comet Westgate is a good community & I enjoy living here except for the parking. You should not have to drive around & around in cold,windy,rainy evenings to finally get a spot far away from your unit. They should tell you this before signing a lease.

Verified Renter The property is clean and well maintained. The staff is exceptionally professional and helpful. The amenities are very nice and the location is convenient to grocery stores and parks. My only grievance is that our apartment smelled like cigarette smoke upon move in. But immediate steps were taken to rectify that, as well as several other small maintenance issues. Overall I would recommend living here.
