Verified Renter Love living here! Conveniently located near the heart of Leland and close to downtown Wilmington. Clean and for the most part quiet. Parking can be a bit of an issue sometimes though.

Verified Renter Moved in at the beginning of this year and would definitely recommend. I love how any issues are handled in a timely manner. The staff also keeps all amenities clean especially the residential areas. I hardly ever have any complaints. It's a nice area with minimal noise and super nice neighbors.

Verified Renter Comet is a great place to live! It has open floor plans, with great amenities, and an awesome staff. Now that it’s getting warmer I like to work by the pool and grill after. Plus, the community is really welcoming and we have a good time getting together.
