Verified Renter The property is clean and well maintained. The staff is exceptionally professional and helpful. The amenities are very nice and the location is convenient to grocery stores and parks. My only grievance is that our apartment smelled like cigarette smoke upon move in. But immediate steps were taken to rectify that, as well as several other small maintenance issues. Overall I would recommend living here.

Verified Renter We live in a building where neighbors are quiet and respectful. It has been pleasant for the past 2 years we gave been here. The only downfall is the size of the screened in patios and not having a ceiling fan in the living rooms. Should have been a part of the design given our very warm climate here.
