Verified Renter Poor construction of building. Leaks floods mold etc
Verified Renter Comet Westgate has friendly staff and the community is nice and quiet. The property is well maintained. The amenities are awesome, but you should have a choice as to whether you want certain ones being that you are automatically charged a fee for them. The monthly Conservice fee of $27.75 for water & sewer is another fee that once again you have no choice.
Verified Renter I am so happy to be a resident at the Comet at Westgate. Extremely helpful, friendly staff and excellent maintenance crew.
