I have been getting my HVAC equipment serviced semi-annually by Comfort Flow for several years. Their technicians are helpful and respectful, and they have kept me up and running with little to no cost outside of the service subscription. I rely on them.
Alex came out and serviced our heat pump on Tuesday. He was very professional and efficient. He found an issue with a component in the heat pump and a return visit was scheduled to fix the problem. I have been doing business with Comfort Flow for 20+ years and have always appreciated the service that they have provided.
When it was time for us to replace our furnace and air conditioner, Jeff came to the house and took the time to explain all of our options to us. He was professional, friendly, and helpful. We did not feel pressured to choose a certain system, and he made sure to answer all of our questions. After the system was installed, he came back out and went through the thermostat with us. they were friendly and new there how to do there job very explanatory and when they left they walked through everything and cleaned up there work place when they were done recomend them to anyone putting a system in there home
