5 stars My heat pump went out in the summer and Jeff of Comfort Flow of Springfield was awesome. He helped us get a new heat pump within the next week even though we were going to be out of town. Everything was done before we returned home. Of course it was also in the hottest part of summer. They treated our house with respect and we didn’t even know that someone had been there while we were gone. It was really a great experience with no hassles. Thanks Comfort Flow!!!! Charlene
