The outdoor unit was like new after she meticulously cleaned it. She also took the extra step of clearing the pipe that drips moisture from inside the room units to the outdoors. We’ve been using Comfort Flow for the past 8yrs since we bought this home, as the previous owner had a contract with them that rolled over to us. Their customer service is exceptional!
