Comfort Flow installed a ductless heating & A/C unit at our apartment. They did a great job and it was a herculean task as they had to climb around in the attic, crawl around in the cramped space under the building & cut through the concrete siding in several places. They also had to patch into the circuit box to hook up the power. The unit has two parts, one standing unit outside that sits on a cement slab, and the part that is inside the home that actually delivers both the heat and the A/C. They were absolutely amazing. Our a/c went out at the beginning of summer and needed to be completely replaced. They did all the behind the scenes work to get everything moving. David and Andrew did an incredible job. Super knowledgeable and friendly. They went above and beyond in setting up our new range, taking the old one, and removing all trash along with them. It was a pleasure having them at our house for 4 days.
