RecommendedComfort Flow installed a ductless heating & A/C unit at our apartment. They did a great job and it was a herculean task as they had to climb around in the attic, crawl around in the cramped space under the building & cut through the concrete siding in several places. They also had to patch into the circuit box to hook up the power. They were absolutely amazing. Our a/c went out at the beginning of summer and needed to be completely replaced. They did all the behind the scenes work to get everything moving. David and Andrew did an incredible job. Super knowledgeable and friendly. They went above and beyond in setting up our new range, taking the old one, and removing all trash along with them. It was a pleasure having them at our house for 4 days.

I just moved to Springfield and this company installed the system in the house I purchased. They were excellent. 5 stars. On time, good value and they didn't try to upsell me on any other services. Diagnosed the problem quickly and made the repair. I'll keep using them in the future.
