Service technicians are always knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous. We have been using them for years and would recommend them if you need service. We have a contract for service and they notify us and set up an appointment when it is time, which is great.
The technicians are knowledgeable and efficient. All the work they have ever done for us has been thorough and completely satisfactory. Just had our ducting cleaned at the end of last month, and it took even less time than we were quoted. We have a maintenance contract on our hvac system, and I love that it is so easy to set the appointments and that the staff always call far in advance.
Comfort Flow always takes the best care of me. The latest was my AC. After the heat dome in June, I decided it was time to call Comfort Flow. The office scheduled me, staff came out. All done in the most professional and courteous way. Then the equipment arrived way earlier than expected and Jared, Fawn and Andrew installed the three units and heat pump. What a pleasure all three are! I am thrilled with my new addition to my old house and will continue to recommend Comfort Flow to anyone. Thank you!
We had a heat pump/AC unit installed today. Jared, Fawn and Axel were fantastic! Not only were they prompt, professional and friendly, they went above and beyond the service call. As they were installing our unit, Fawn fixed a couple minor things she found; bubble cover for outdoor outlet replaced, and our dryer vent that needed to be repaired. Our A.c unit went down on the hottest weekend in June. they were open on Saturday to check my a.c.. and quickly found the problem. The part was mailed quickly and its now repaired. They are polite and fast at repairs.

From estimate to install, and now into my second periodic service call, these folks are amazing. Everyone has been cheerful and so dilligent in their work. Highly recommend you give them an oppurtunity to provide the same level of service to you.
I KIND of recommend Comfort Flow. The actual people who do the work are great; respectful, clean, and do good work. But the office people leave something to be desired. I am not going to play some childish games with adult people about scheduling work and being penalized for not answering the phone fast enough for them (bathroom anyone??).
