Everyone was friendly. I was tired. I have a rattle in my chest that was apparently not noticable yesterday but got worse later I the day. My throat didn't hurt at the time of the visit but became very severe later and went into my ears. Maybe just bad timing. I can't afford another office visit. I have been using home remedies. I have never had Tamaflu before, so I don't know how well it is or isn't working.

Brandie is absolutely amazing as far as making patients feel comfortable and welcome! However the doctor that I saw was not so great. Although I explained many areas in which my children and I are feeling pain, he only addressed maybe a couple. He took a couple of X-rays and after reading the summary he didn’t involve hardly anything mentioned during our visit. I feel as though he just blew us off to collect the money. I’m not at all satisfied.

Dr and nurse are great !! However your receptionist is rude bossy and has no patience yesterday was my 2nd experience with her and it was just as bad as the first time. She was short and rude to other people that came in behind me LV needs your clinic but she needs a lesson on customer service Margaret perez 210 -260-2565

Terrible and Liars!! I walked in for my son who had a head cold and I asked DO YOU BILL FOR EMERGENCY VISIT because this is NOT an emergency. The lady at the front desk said OH NO we have office visit billing since this is non-emergency. The next thing I know they are billing my insurance company for 3000.00 dollars. Don't make the same mistake I did!!!

I went to this place 3 times. Important information was left off my chart. Referrals were never completed. My prescriptions were also wrong, including one that my pharmacist said was bad for my blood pressure. They tried to make me come in extra times just for refills. When questioned about the missing information on my chart, the NP accused me of swearing and refused to treat me further. She was completely incompetent.

Great service and care but I wished they would have told me my insurance was Out of network for their facility and their physician! I am stuck with $5K in bills thanks to them ignoring the fact that I was out of network during a critical health situation. Very disappointed.

I found my experience very disappointing. I do not appreciate people (yes, even doctors) that are condescending to me. I clearly have an issue which was not really in question. I went to this facility because I was concerned an infection may be causing the issue. It was a legitimate concern. The doctor on duty was rude and dismissive as if it was not a legitimate concern. Didn't have a good experience. I miss the old medical director. The new Dr Q is too stressed out and full of himself. The other staff were great, jeanne, hottie Matt and Robert . Other then those the front staff needs attitude redirection. It's not the same place as it once was with Joel K or Dr. Rayfield.

Awful! We have gone here 2x in the last 2 years. Supposedly, they accept Tricare--however, each time we were turned away because they DONT KNOW WHAT THEYRE DOING! They say they take our insurance, but our military ID cards are not the ones they recognize. What? Military ID is Military ID! Also, they said they can't see our 9 year old daughter, because she doesn't have an ID (Military) card. She can't even get a card until she is 12. Avoid this place, if you can! They do not seem to know what they are doing!
