We were at the office for over 4 hours one of the nurses misplaced our paperwork as we were told by the doctor

Worst “care” ever. They sent their X-Ray tech Karen in to swab me as I have been painfully sick for a few days. and she held my head so hard against the wall it was miserable. She gets both done and causes my nose to start bleeding. Then they came in and said they needed to do it again. I walked out in tears. I came down the road to Exceptional ER and they were so timely and totally different bedside manor when doing the swabs!! Do not go if you want to leave feeling worse than when you went in.

I’m just upset because I went In thinking I tore something in my knee. That was stated before they took me back & it wasn’t until waiting 2 hours in an empty ER that they let me know they don’t do mri’s, can’t prescribe mri’s, & had me take an X-ray instead. It was a waste of time & money. Paid $150 for someone to tell me that I have To go to their other TLC located in calallen & pay another $150 to do what I initially Asked for.
