Discriminates against disabled persons. 2 horrible experiences being treated like a criminal. Unprofessional and poorly trained support staff. The Convenient Care Clinic on 87 behind Sonic is a much better choice. Friendly, professional, understands and follows ADA Law and treats all with respect and consideration. Stay away from The Emergency Clinic La Vernia.

We took our buddy to the emergency clinic in LaVernia per the recommendation of a friend. Never again. You could see our friend was having a rough go thanks to COVID and the nurse at the front was cold and unfriendly. She stated the wait was three hours and that there were three other patients that ahead of him. He needed to go outside and wait fifteen minutes before he could come back in. What?! COVID-19 tests are available at no cost nationwide at health centers and select pharmacies. The Families First Coronavirus Response Act ensures that COVID-19 testing is free to anyone in the U.S., including the uninsured. They told me it would be an upward of $500 to get tested. I have all the symptoms and know I have COVID-19.. they don't care about the pandemic or people suffering at all.

Don't waste your time or money with any of these places. Will take your money and send you off with simply a theory. Go to a general doctor and have them send you to necessary tests for definite diagnosis.

My husband is still in pain and having problems. Essentially, cost us 500 to get a prescription for pain that he doesn't even respond to.

My family has been going to Complete Emergeny Care for about 3 years. Never a long wait. All of the nurses and receptionist are friendly, thorough and organized. Professional. Patient rooms are very clean. Doctor is in your room within minutes. Doctors don’t make you wait an hour for diagnose. We’ve stopped going to hospital ERs. They take so long. ER waiting room is dirty and uncomfortable. My family will continue to choose Complete Emergency Care over any ER. We trust the doctors and nurses.

When I went in no one told me you don’t take insurance they only told me to go to a room then once I’m in the room and took my blood pressure and a EKG and hook me to heart monitor and the pulse the girl tell me they don’t take insurance when that should have been the first thing that was said to me once I walked in. When I came out their goes a sign that say they don’t take insurance when I walked in there was no sign.

Each staff I encountered was very nice. I appreciated the doctor for calling a couple of days later to check up on me. It was an affordable and good experience.
