My experience today was one that would keep me from ever doing business here in the future. The young boy that came forward to process my fingerprinting was incredibly rude. No direction was given on how the process would progress or what it entailed. He typed in my date of birth wrong and when I brought it to his attention he only fixed one part of it, so I brought it to his attention again. I took my bosses MacBook to Computer Concepts because they are a authorized apple dealer and repair there would be covered by warranty. I was told the MacBook needed a new motherboard and so they replaced it through the AppleCare warranty, when I returned the laptop to my boss it still didn't work not correctly. I took the MacBook back and then they said I needed a new operating system and not be covered by the Apple warranty.
