had Asus laptop repaired here and when i got it back it was slower than ever, the sound doesnt work unless i use headphones, it wont play certain games such as skyrim se/ae etc as it says d3d11 1.11 level 5.0 shader needed etc other wise game crashes upon start up, pc doesnt respond quick enough when trying to pull up anything so yeah im disappointed they charged $353.62 on repairs also
I felt the staff was very friendly but not knowledgeable every time I came and the store with a problem with my iMac or iPhone they did not resolve my issue they just want me to buy a new iMac or cell phone The problem was they kept telling me that I had issues with my hard drive and that’s why my computer would not turn on but my husband who was not a computer technician all he did was plug his power cord to my computer and it’s turned on to be honest I was hoping to have a better experience which I did not every time I go ... read more
