Alan Healy is easy to work with, is very straightforward, and displayed great concern for repairing my Mac in the most efficient manner and assured me that he would repair it in the most cost effective manner. I called Computer Associates of Yorktown when my 2011 iMac would not boot. They diagnosed the problem, replaced a failed hard drive AND restored all of my files from my backup drive in less than 3 business days! A special thanks to Senior Technician/Manager Alan Healy. He repaired my iMac and answered all of my questions. I would definitely work with these folks again.
I was referred to them by a friend because I needed my IMac repaired recently. They gave me awesome service and informed me that I was also able to upgrade my ram to help speed up my computer (which was very helpful). They repaired my computer in less time than what I was expecting!! Excellent customer service!! They also offer a military discount!!! I will continue to use them for my computer needs!!!
I've been a customer since 2013. I can always depend on Allen at the Yorktown store for expert service-- both technical expertise and customer service -- when I need help. Even though my 2010 Macbook is considered obsolete by Apple standards, Computer Concepts keeps it running like new!
Great service! My laptop died, I found Computer Concepts through an internet search, brought it to them and my problem was diagnosed the same day. Though the diagnosis wasn't what I wanted to hear, Brent worked with me and expedited acquiring the part I needed and had it back to me in three working days. First I would like to say that the Apple store at MacArthur Mall recommended Computer Concepts to me. The minute I walked into the store I was greeted with such warmth, immediate good vibes. I proceeded to tell the nice lady at the front desk about the problem I was having with my MacBook Pro. She took my personal info so I could get a diagnostic test done.
