My son accidentally dropped my MacBook Pro. Alan was friendly, polite and extremely helpful. After a few minutes, he let us know the screen was the issue and it would cost around $400-$500 to replace. Fortunately for us, there was a newer model for sale in the shop and we decided to purchase. Alan swapped out the hard drive and we were back in business. The shop is clean and adheres to the safety guidelines in place due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
They did resolve my issue, but customer service was incredibly dissatisfying. I had to have my screen replaced on my iPhone due to some internal malfunction vs a crack; it was unresponsive and I couldn't access my information to back it up. When the lead technician came out to talk to me regarding a process I needed to do with my iCloud account, he was snarky, rude, and acted as if I was incredibly dumb because I was concerned about losing information on my phone.
