After a few minutes, he let us know the screen was the issue and it would cost around $400-$500 to replace. Fortunately for us, there was a newer model for sale in the shop and we decided to purchase. Alan swapped out the hard drive and we were back in business. The shop is clean and adheres to the safety guidelines in place due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
