I’ve only been to the Yorktown store. I’m returning customer of going on a decade or more. I found out about them after receiving a whispered referral from an anonymous Apple employee to go to Computer Concepts instead of having to make the long trek to the Apple Store in Norfolk with my heavy IMac and my even heavier wheelchair bound paralyzed husband. Computer Concepts has been our "go to place" for years. Brent worked overtime last week to get my computer updated. He was very patient with me and the charges were very fair considering all that he did. I highly recommend this local business.
As a writer for my laptop not to work is devastating but Alan and the team got me up and running again, quickly. They talked with me about what needed to be done to fix my keyboard and were very understanding of my need to have my laptop operational as soon as possible. I wouldn’t trust my Apple computer to anyone else. I highly recommend Computer Concepts!
I first came into CC hoping to salvage my 2011 MacBook Pro, which had crashed, or at least salvage its data. Jack helped me out with checking the hard drive/data (which at first, seemed okay) and also helped me with purchasing a new MacBook Pro since the 2011 wasn’t worth fixing. I asked a lot of questions and he took the time to answer them all. I dealt with Alan who first tried to migrate the data from my old to new MacBook. Unfortunately, it did not work. My experience today was one that would keep me from ever doing business here in the future. The young boy that came forward to process my fingerprinting was incredibly rude. No direction was given on how the process would progress or what it entailed. He typed in my date of birth wrong and when I brought it to his attention he only fixed one part of it, so I brought it to his attention again.
