They did resolve my issue, but customer service was incredibly dissatisfying. I had to have my screen replaced on my iPhone due to some internal malfunction vs a crack; it was unresponsive and I couldn't access my information to back it up. When the lead technician came out to talk to me regarding a process I needed to do with my iCloud account, he was snarky, rude, and acted as if I was incredibly dumb because I was concerned about losing information on my phone. I found out about them after receiving a whispered referral from an anonymous Apple employee to go to Computer Concepts instead of having to make the long trek to the Apple Store in Norfolk with my heavy IMac and my even heavier wheelchair bound paralyzed husband. RecommendedI first came into CC hoping to salvage my 2011 MacBook Pro, which had crashed, or at least salvage its data. Jack helped me out with checking the hard drive/data (which at first, seemed okay) and also helped me with purchasing a new MacBook Pro since the 2011 wasn’t worth fixing. I asked a lot of questions and he took the time to answer them all. I dealt with Alan who first tried to migrate the data from my old to new MacBook. Unfortunately, it did not work.
