I have had a horrible time living in this DUMP. Just last month they helped their selves to $100 extra on top of my rent. When I called to have it returned Kirstyn Rodriguez let me know that it was impossible for them to return it in any other way than to apply it to the next months rent. So just so we are clear they took cash and refused to return it for 30 days. $100 is not a lot of money I know but I had bills to pay with that money that went late and cost me more to pay late. I was 1 day late on the my rent, because the check was in the mail, and they posted a "3 day eviction notice" on my door on a Friday. On the following Monday they showed up to my house with prospective tenants to look at our apartment, and they asked my wife why she hadn't vacated the premises. Of course she told him, "because we paid our rent." (Also because it is illegal to evict without a court order) Also the apartment was heated by a boiler, which heated all the apartments. The maintenance guys are so incredibly fast at responding to work requests. I emailed a request to fix a leaky faucet in my bathtub, and Austin Craig called me not even five hours later and left a voicemail saying that he put brand new kit in for hot/cold valves. Anytime I've needed something repaired, it gets fixed the same day or the very next day. Love those maintenance guys!!!
When I moved out they didn't want to do a walk through as I requested so I can make sure I would get my deposit back. I let them know that several times and the still didn't do the walk through so I took pictures like they said. I called 30 days later and asked when my deposit was going to be returned and they said that I wasn't going to get it back. Absolutely horrible. Maintenance is stupid slow and fixing things you request. You pay a parking spot fee to have your stuff stolen off your vehicles or have them hit. Just a horrible experience
Honestly at first this place was so amazing (rim rock) then people moved in that are trash, drug dealers and dope heads! The management team has done nothing about our apartments smelling like weed all the time but harassed us about our car tag being out of date!! Two wrongs don't make a right but it would be nice to not be harassed when everyone else is breaking lease as well!
