I was 1 day late on the my rent, because the check was in the mail, and they posted a "3 day eviction notice" on my door on a Friday. On the following Monday they showed up to my house with prospective tenants to look at our apartment, and they asked my wife why she hadn't vacated the premises. My husband, daughter, and I have lived in our apartment in the avenues for over a year. Every maintenance issue we've had has been handled professionally and efficiently. The staff I have interacted with have been friendly and helpful. We love our unique old apartment, the area, and have no intention of moving.

Lived in an apt. For 1.5 years that was managed by Concept. Really enjoyed the apartment, great value compared to all other apartments in the area. Nikki Nielson was a fantastic manager! She was always easy to communicate with and always ensured our needs were met. I recommend this property management company.

Concept as a whole had been good to work with, but our experiences with the property at Rose Ann leaves much to be desired. Problematic tenants tend to go unchecked and their issues with other tenants get swept under the rug rather than addressed and confronted. There are issues with the apartment plumbing that are a constant headache as well. The office is great about getting back to us when we have issues, but the actual property manager rarely responds to issues and we are left to communicate with the office; in fact, we'... read more

Hello, it is very good Appartment for me I lived here like 1 year. No any big problem happened in my Appartment. some times only happen but its ok for me . N than concept property management is doing good work it is very peace property that's so I like this Appartment. Not only me my all family like this Appartment. N also it is very clean all around this property. Thanks

I like that it is a non smoking community but for those that do smoke it would be nice to put a gazebo and chairs out for everyone to enjoy and smoke at.

Over all great apartments. Whenever we've needed maintenance done or anything it's gets done within that day. The kitchen and bathroom could use some updating. Super quite neighborhood. We love our patio space out back, it's perfect for our dogs.
