Keerie is wonderful to work with. She is punctual, polite, communicates clearly, and is really friendly.
Keerie Noorda has been the property manager for the Commodore for over a year now. Since Keerie has been there, I have always found her to be very kind, professional, and prompt with responding to my inquiries and/or repair requests. She will even call after the repair has been completed to make sure everything is working okay (Austin w/ Maintenance is great too). I would definately reccomend Concept Property Management to others.

She was impeccable in every interaction we had with her and made moving into our apartment a GREAT experience. THEY STOLE $100 FROM ME. YOU WERE WARNED
I was 1 day late on the my rent, because the check was in the mail, and they posted a "3 day eviction notice" on my door on a Friday. On the following Monday they showed up to my house with prospective tenants to look at our apartment, and they asked my wife why she hadn't vacated the premises. Of course she told him, "because we paid our rent." (Also because it is illegal to evict without a court order) Also the apartment was heated by a boiler, which heated all the apartments.
