Over all great apartments. Whenever we've needed maintenance done or anything it's gets done within that day. The kitchen and bathroom could use some updating. Super quite neighborhood. We love our patio space out back, it's perfect for our dogs.
We have really enjoyed this apartment. It was not clean when we moved in. There is also a stain in the carpet by the front door that has been cleaned three times but is still gross. The community is nice and well kept. We could use some street lights.
This is a horrible place to live at, office management is not capable and not helpful at all. The management doesn’t keep the property clean at all. Maintenance is nonexistent. Worst company to have to deal with. Go get your property else where. AVOID THIS COMPANY!
I was looking into renting their apartments in Maple Meadows. Concept property management had schedule me for a self guided tour. When I got there the code they had gave me did not work and when messaging them about it, they keep telling me to call the office. When I did call the office they were closed. Concept property management did not help me at all and I just wasted 1 hr trying to do the self guided tour. Very unprofessional and unhelpful.
I lived at a Concept Property location for a year. I just recently moved out. I have many complaints. Here are just some of them: 1) When I moved in the entire apartment was super dirty. There were leaf’s all over the floors, watermarks on the walls, and more. I requested that someone clean the apartment, and nobody did. 2) The second month I was living there somebody broke into my car. Month to month is a scam, they will charge you $200 extra per month then still require you to give them 60 days notice when leaving.

Ammon wanted reviews and I’m happy to leave one. Most disgusting place I’ve ever lived. Dog poop EVERYWHERE including shared spaces. At one point he told me it was mud on the wall. When my dishwasher broke, he told me to rinse my dishes before loading them, that’s why they weren’t getting cleaned. Lol. Was told there’s nothing they can do about poop everywhere. Will be moving out ASAP and make sure I tell everyone to avoid these people. Maintenance guys are awesome though.

This company has very shady business practices and will make you jump through hoops to receive your deposit back. I previously lived at Woodland Cove apartments. My lease ended 07/31/2022, I provided greater than 60 days notice before then of my intent to vacate. I had texted the property manager and emailed the office to notify everyone that I was completely out of the apartment on 07/22/22.
