Ammon wanted reviews and I’m happy to leave one. Most disgusting place I’ve ever lived. Dog poop EVERYWHERE including shared spaces. At one point he told me it was mud on the wall. When my dishwasher broke, he told me to rinse my dishes before loading them, that’s why they weren’t getting cleaned. Lol. Was told there’s nothing they can do about poop everywhere. Will be moving out ASAP and make sure I tell everyone to avoid these people. Maintenance guys are awesome though.

This company has very shady business practices and will make you jump through hoops to receive your deposit back. I previously lived at Woodland Cove apartments. My lease ended 07/31/2022,  I provided greater than 60 days notice before then of my intent to vacate. I had texted the property manager and emailed the office to notify everyone that I was completely out of the apartment on 07/22/22. I just share our experience with them at the end of our lease. We were planning on moving, but because of the pandemic and having a newborn we contacted them to see if we could temporarily extend our lease. They told us yes that we could go month to month, but that wasn’t true. 2 weeks later we get a notice that they are selling the property so we must buy or go. They take your application fee and don't reply, they leave your fridge broken for 2 weeks wasting $150 worth of food and to add insult to injury they sent me $30 saying "This should cover your loss". I would have felt better if they had just ignored me like the application fee.

DO NOT RENT HERE OR FROM CONCEPT PROPERTY MANAGEMENT! Brigadoon Apartments are over priced and ran by horrible employees. Moved out a couple months ago and they are threatening to turn me over to collections. When they are asked to send the bills to my apartment and not comparable units like they have been sending. They keep failing to produce the correct bills to my apartment. Customer service is a joke. They refused to return phone calls. Take days to respond, only by email though. For the time we were renting at Concept, I'd have given them 4 stars. The one star review is how they've treated us since we moved out from Aspen Valley Townhomes. Our lease was officially up April 30 and were actually moved out on April 18 because we wanted to have the time to give the place a thorough cleaning before we left. We even shampooed the carpets because we wanted to make sure to eliminate any dog odors. This is unbelievable. I originally loved moving in here. Keera & Austin have been super helpful. Now for the 3rd day IN A ROW carbon monoxide alarms have been going off. Continue to just get the run around and the "we'll send someone to check on it". Seriously disgusting how they have handled this situation that could potentially cause serious harm to tenants.

Terrible leasing experience. All the windows, doors, and a/c unit were outdated and poorly installed, allowing air to flow freely in an out of the apartment. The management was poor and disorganized. We never met anyone from management once we moved in, leaving us with numerous questions regarding the fireplace, random dials, and light switches throughout the apartment. I was 1 day late on the my rent, because the check was in the mail, and they posted a "3 day eviction notice" on my door on a Friday. On the following Monday they showed up to my house with prospective tenants to look at our apartment, and they asked my wife why she hadn't vacated the premises.
