I understand that covid messed allow of things up but the lack of care my children received during covid was awful. 2 of my girls where scheduled on 3 separate days that's 6 appointments and months of time that my children went with it dental care! 1 sat was canceled because the dentist had an emergency, one was canceled because of covid and 1 was canceled because of snow. we kept rescheduling. the dentists are good except when u voice what u want for your child and its not what they suggest (parents know their children better), Jerry at the front desk is amazing and always a pleasure to talk with, but as far as clinical staff they are rude, and don't listen to the parents, nor get back to u in a timely manor. we never had an issue with them until the past several months. basically forcing procedures on kids cause they won't give them a chance in office is not right. maybe it's so they can get more money who knows

Please don’t take your child here. I was pressured into having tons of baby root canals and caps on my 5 year olds teeth which should be falling out. Now his baby teeth are in the way of his adult teeth coming in. I had to have him put under and everything. Never again! They always acted like I didn’t have a choice. If only I had know I would never have done it.

Concord pediatric dentistry is a joke!! Missed a appointment because of covid and now my son can’t go back. They never call to remind you of an appointment and they don’t bother calling any other number you have on record if your phone is off and then claim it’s your fault that you missed your child’s appointment.guess no matter what a single hard working single mother will never do good enough.

The staff there lied to both my child and me. He has a disability and they promised when he was having a tooth pulled, I could go back as soon as they numbed his mouth. 15 minutes later I hear him screaming and begging for me. so I attempt to go back and instead they brought him out sobbing, they had already pulled the tooth. I wouldn't trust them with an animal let alone a child. Shame on them.

Rude customer service. We missed an appointment and now none of my kids are welcome, kids who arent responsible for the missed appointments. I admitted the missed appointments were my own fault, health related and Now i have a house phone, cell phone, bryan has a cell phone, internet, a 15 year old who remids me and a computer. But nope not welcome, and she made sure to repeat how we werent welcome, we missed a appointment and didnt call. Well then, thanks for punishing the children that loved it there. They're really good with kids and kind and gentle even for disabled kids which my daughter is one and she feels comfortable there than a regular denist.they accept most insurances or low income people too and not really expensive.

If you’re a working parent, this place isn’t for you. They close at 4:30pm and have no weekend hours. So if you work from 8-4, your kids are out of luck! 😡😡😡

They are great with kids and I was a patient here when I was younger, back starting in the late 80s.
