Your doctors are great, but your billing department is horrendous. I have been recommending you with that caution, but will no longer recommend you after having yet ANOTHER issue with your billing department. Switching out doctors that are within my network to one that isn't, resulting in a large copay for the exact appointment that should've cost me nothing is unacceptable and sneaky. Parent beware. Be sure the doctor is exactly who you planned to see before reviving a surprise bill.
My 8 year old has really bad anxiety and the dentist for the first few years of visits at a different place was horrible. Since we switched to here she does so much better. She still has anxiety with each visit. But they are very patient and calm with her. They don't push anything that she doesn't want to do. My 3 year old started going for visits at 9 months old and loves it. She sits in the chair by herself, likes wearing the cool sunglasses and looks forward to her goody bag and surprise coin for good behavior. I don't pl... read more

Poor billing practices and terrible customer service. We got services in 2014 and just this past month (3 years later) they billed us claiming our insurance did not cover the claim. I called the insurance company and the agent told me that the company did not comply with them in providing an accurate license and tax ID number, therefore they did deny the claim because they had no proof that this was a licensed dentistry. I have been taking my son here since he was 2. I was a little nervous taking him to a dentist because brushing his teeth was such a struggle. Everyone at this office is amazing! They make the kids feel comfortable and answer any questions you may have. I highly recommend Concord Pediatric Dentistry!
We saw Dr.Hinton for my sons tongue and lip tie revision. She was knowledgeable and professional. The facility was beautiful and the staff very helpful. If we lived closer we would make this our regular dentist.
Very child friendly. They make the children comfortable and have color coded rooms and hallways.
