My son is epileptic and type one diabetic we had an emergency and missed an appointment and they wont take him again. They should understand that medical issues are going to happen and show some empathy and compassion. Instead the manager and the secretary were both unbelievably rude towards us. if your kid has medical issues this dentist is not for you.
I was recommended to this dentist office and from day one its been nothing but a struggle. My son has a fear of dentist and I expressed this before we even came in. His first appointment they essentially gave up on him because he is scared that does no good for the situation. They try to force parents to send children back alone, even before the pandemic. They gas the kids to calm them for fillings before ever just trying to do the fillings without it. If a child has a reaction to the gas, they don’t even take it serious or follow up on it. I wouldn’t take my dog here, let alone my children.
My son was referred their for dental surgery that needed to be done. We were told we needed to pay for all possible scenarios of the surgery up front. They have now charged us and our insurance for work they did not even do. I went over both forms from our company and also from their practice. Work they are claiming to have done was never done. be able to take refusal for a recommended procedure. I have the right to refuse out of pocket procedures without being booted from the practice
The Dentist are good, the office staff is not! The front desk girls are about as a fake as they come which is too bad. Other providers out there that offer much better overall experience.
Office staff is rude and only looking for money. They wanted to do 12 friends on my child all baby teeth one needed to be pulled and yet they refused and wanted to drill it instead. Run as fast as you can away from this place as they only care about money and could care less if they are injuring your child.
The girl doing my 6yo's fillings wasnt very friendly towards him. Didn't seem like a kid person. Won't be staying with this dentist.
It’s a stressful, loud environment. Go elsewhere for braces
